The posting

Als werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van verschillende bouwprojecten, vanaf de voorbereiding van de werf tot en met de oplevering. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met collega's (projectleider, ploegbaas, arbeiders) en je stuurt ook onderaannemers aan.

Een overzicht van jouw takenpakket:

  • Je bepaalt hoeveel personeel er nodig is voor de werf en je stuurt deze mensen aan
  • Regelmatig overleg met de projectleider en het bouwteam (opdrachtgever, architect, studiebureau) over de uitvoeringsplannen
  • Controle van kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken
  • Veiligheid op de werf opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat iedereen zich aan de richtlijnen houdt
  • Deelnemen aan de werfvergadering
  • Je staat in voor het beheer van de leveringen en het bouwmateriaal op de werf
  • Administratieve opvolging van de werven

De werven die je zal opvolgen, liggen voornamelijk in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

Voor de functie van werfleider zijn we vooral op zoek naar iemand die heel veel goesting heeft om zich volledig te smijten in de job. De firma hecht veel belang aan cultural-fit en is in de eerste plaats op zich naar iemand die zich snel thuis kan voelen in de toffe groep.

Hou wel rekening met volgende job vereisten:

  • Kennis van de bouwwereld ( bachelor of master diploma Bouw)
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als werfleider
  • Zeer vlotte kennis van het Nederlands. Basiskennis Frans of Engels is voldoende
  • Goede kennis MS Office
  • Ervaring met tekenprogramma's is een plus
  • Bouwplannen lezen is geen probleem voor jou
  • Je hecht veel belang aan veiligheid en kwaliteit
  • Communicatief sterk: er wordt dagelijks overlegd met de arbeiders op de werf
  • Administratieve skills om rapporten en evaluaties op te maken
  • Een echte teamplayer die ook zelfstandig taken kan uitvoeren
