Op een wegenwerf moet elke schakel kloppen: de planning, de inzet van ploegen, de beschikbaarheid van materieel en de afstemming met onderaannemers. Als Werfleider Wegenbouw behoud je dat overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Je werkt binnen een gevestigde aannemer gespecialiseerd in wegenis-, riolerings- en infrastructuurwerken. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door korte communicatielijnen, een familiale cultuur en een praktische aanpak waarbij beslissingen snel op de werf kunnen worden vertaald.

Binnen deze functie krijg je de ruimte om eigen werven zelfstandig te organiseren en op te volgen. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met technische coördinatie en vormt de dagelijkse schakel tussen medewerkers, opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, onderaannemers en de interne organisatie.

Werfleider - Functieomschrijving:

  • Werfcoördinatie: Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op jouw werven, stuurt medewerkers aan en bewaakt de planning zodat mensen, materiaal en materieel efficiënt worden ingezet.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit: Je ziet nauwgezet toe op de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften, bewaakt orde en inrichting op de werf en grijpt praktisch in wanneer de uitvoering daarom vraagt.
  • Planning en communicatie: Je roept materiaal en materieel tijdig af, stemt af met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers en volgt werfvergaderingen en de bijhorende administratie zorgvuldig op.

  • Leiderschap: Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers of ploegen en weet mensen op een duidelijke, respectvolle en resultaatgerichte manier te begeleiden.
  • Organisatietalent: Je werkt gestructureerd en zelfstandig, neemt ownership over je werven en behoudt het overzicht wanneer verschillende werkzaamheden en partijen tegelijkertijd aandacht vragen.
  • Praktische mentaliteit: Je denkt oplossingsgericht, communiceert rechtstreeks met collega's en externe partners en combineert organisatorisch inzicht met de bereidheid om dicht bij de uitvoering te staan.
