Bedrijfsinformatie Wij zijn een klasse 8 bouw- en interieurbedrijf met hoofdkantoor in Turnhout en werven over heel de Kempen. Een bedrijf dat bestaat uit een mix van jonge en ervaren bouwvakkers, schrijnwerkers, werfleiders en projectleiders. Samen creëren we voor onze klanten aangename, leefbare en duurzame omgevingen waar mensen graag wonen, werken, leren en sporten.

Wij zijn een stabiel, dynamisch en tof bedrijf waar momenteel meer dan 130 mensen samenwerken en trots zijn op wat ze realiseren.

Functie Ben jij een gedreven starter met een passie voor de bouwsector? Heb je een bouwkundige achtergrond en wil je je eerste stappen zetten als werfleider? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Als werfleider ondersteun je de ervaren werfleider bij de uitvoering van onze werven. Je krijgt de kans om te groeien in je rol en op termijn zelfstandig projecten te leiden. Je bent betrokken van bij de opstart tot en met de oplevering van het project.

  • Ondersteunen bij de inrichting en organisatie van de werf
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van werkzaamheden, planning en materiaalbeheer
  • Coördinatie met onderaannemers en leveranciers
  • Mee bewaken van budgetten en rendementen
  • Toepassen van uitvoeringsmethodes en kwaliteitscontroles
  • Actieve bijdrage aan veiligheid en orde op de werf
  • Eerste stappen in leidinggeven aan arbeiders en ploegbazen
  • Administratieve opvolging van documenten, vergunningen en prestaties
  • Werken met digitale tools zoals BIM, MS Project, Navision, Letsbuild, SharePoint
  • Bachelor of master in een bouwkundige richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Basiskennis van bouw- en uitvoeringsmethodes
  • VCA VOL-certificaat of bereid dit te behalen
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en bouwspecifieke software
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands, Frans en Engels
