Binnen een aannemingsomgeving actief in beton- en ruwbouwwerken krijgen werfleiders een sleutelrol in de realisatie van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten. De focus ligt op een vlotte uitvoering, duidelijke communicatie en een sterke aanwezigheid op de werf.

Deze functie biedt de kans om projecten van dichtbij op te volgen, teams aan te sturen en rechtstreeks impact te hebben op de voortgang van de werken. Daarbij wordt nauw samengewerkt met projectleiding en andere betrokken partijen.

Werfleider - Functieomschrijving:

  • Je coördineert de volledige werforganisatie van middelgrote bouwprojecten en bewaakt dagelijks de voortgang, kwaliteit en uitvoering van de werken.
  • Je stuurt arbeiders en onderaannemers aan, zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen en materieel en houdt alle betrokken partijen op één lijn.
  • Je verzorgt de nodige werfadministratie, waaronder personeelsplanning, voorbereiding van wapening, controle van legplannen en overleg met de projectleider.

Werfleider - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch bouwkundig diploma en hebt bij voorkeur reeds ervaring opgedaan binnen een uitvoerende werfomgeving.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met zelfstandigheid, neemt initiatief en behoudt ook onder druk overzicht over planning en uitvoering.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Office en Autocad. Ervaring met WIC of Bouwoffice vormt een meerwaarde. Een VCA-certificaat voor leidinggevenden is aanwezig of wordt op korte termijn behaald.
