In de regio van Heist-op-den-Berg kom je terecht bij een echte expert in de bouwsector. Dit bedrijf ademt vakmanschap, met een specifieke focus op beton- en gevelrenovatie en terrasafwerking.

??? Jouw dag als Werfleider

  • Je start je dag met het analyseren van een nieuw bouwdossier: je duikt in de plannen, het bestek en de aanbestedingen om tot de kern van het project te komen.
  • Gewapend met je meetlint voer je zelf metingen uit op de werven — zo zie je met eigen ogen waar de uitdagingen liggen.
  • Terug op kantoor vertaal je dit naar een haarscherpe offerte. Je onderhandelt met leveranciers, selecteert de beste partners en plaatst de nodige bestellingen.
  • Je volgt je offertes ook commercieel op en verdedigt ze met passie bij de klant.
  • Je houdt de vinger aan de pols tijdens de uitvoering door de kosten te controleren en het projectdossier technisch voor te bereiden.

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor of Master in een bouwkundige richting.
  • Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring als werfleider.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de bouwsector (ervaring met beton of gevels is een absolute plus!).
  • Cijfers zijn je passie: je werkt uiterst gedetailleerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent commercieel onderlegd en praat vlot met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Digitale tools schrikken je niet af; ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals Microsoft Dynamics, Navision of Business Central) is een grote troef.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands.
  • Je beschikt over je rijbewijs B om vlot op de werven te geraken.
