Voor een gevestigd en veelzijdig familiebedrijf actief in gebouwen en totaalprojecten zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Werfleider regio Nieuwpoort. In deze functie speel je een sleutelrol op de werf en werk je nauw samen met projectleiding en directie om projecten van start tot oplevering succesvol te realiseren. Het brutoloon bedraagt €2400 - €4000, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring. Je komt terecht in een open organisatie waar vertrouwen, samenwerking en vakmanschap centraal staan. De functie inhoud Wat houdt de rol van Werfleider - Gebouwen in?

  • Ondersteuning van de projectleider vanaf toewijzing van het project tot en met de oplevering.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt op de werf voor arbeiders en onderaannemers.
  • Organisatie en coördinatie van werven, inclusief dagelijkse bestellingen en opvolging van planningen.
  • Controle van uitgevoerde werken, dagrendementen en veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werf.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met projectleider en directie in een vertrouwensvolle werkomgeving.

De organisatie combineert ervaring met een moderne aanpak en werkt met gemengde teams van jonge en ervaren medewerkers. Open communicatie, samenwerking en duurzame relaties staan centraal in de werking. Wie ben jij als Werfleider - Gebouwen binnen deze klasse 7 aannemer?

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma bouwkunde, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met nieuwbouw- en/of renovatieprojecten.
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en stressbestendigheid op de werf.
  • Praktische, veiligheidsbewuste en kwaliteitsgerichte werkstijl.
  • Zelfstandig, initiatiefnemend en sterk in het aansturen van teams.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, met basiskennis Frans en Engels.
