  • In deze rol als werfleider asfalt neem jij het voortouw bij het volledige uitvoeringsproces van diverse asfaltwerken.
  • Je stuurt de asfalteerploegen aan op de werf en zorgt dat iedereen precies weet wat de doelstellingen van de dag zijn om een perfect resultaat te boeken.
  • Jouw dag draait om een vlijmscherpe planning en de logistieke coördinatie van grondstoffen en machines, zodat de asfaltspreidmachine nooit hoeft stil te staan.
  • Je bewaakt nauwgezet de vooruitgang, de kwaliteit en het budget van de werven, waarbij je proactief bijstuurt zodra de situatie daar om vraagt.
  • In nauw contact met de opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers fungeer je als het centrale aanspreekpunt en zorg je voor een heldere communicatie over de voortgang.
  • Je voert nauwkeurige opmetingen uit en verzorgt de administratieve afsluiting van de projecten, zodat de facturatie correct en vlot kan verlopen.

Profiel

  • Voor de positie van werfleider asfalt zoeken we een organisatorisch talent dat houdt van de dynamiek van de wegenbouw.
  • Je beschikt over een hoger technisch diploma (Bouwkunde) of hebt dit niveau bereikt door relevante jaren ervaring in de sector.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een natuurlijke leider die autoriteit uitstraalt door kennis van zaken en een nuchtere, oplossingsgerichte instelling.
  • Ervaring met asfalttechnieken of wegenbouw is een grote troef, maar jouw gedrevenheid om de kneepjes van het vak te beheersen is minstens even belangrijk.
  • Een scherp oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit is voor jou een automatisme, omdat je weet dat een goede werf begint bij een veilige werkomgeving.
