Ben jij technisch onderlegd, hou je van precisiewerk en ben je graag buiten op het terrein? Dan is deze uitdagende combinatie van werfleiding en landmeten iets voor jou!

Voor een innovatieve speler in de bouw- en infrastructuursector zoeken wij een proactieve werfleider of assistent-landmeter die houdt van plannen, coördineren en nauwkeurig meten.

Wat ga je doen?

Je bent een sleutelfiguur tussen het kantoor en de werf. Met moderne apparatuur en een sterk team om je heen zorg jij ervoor dat projecten op het terrein perfect worden voorbereid én uitgevoerd.

Een greep uit jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opmeten van terreinen en opstellen van correcte landmeetkundige gegevens (GPS, totaalstation, drone)
  • Ondersteunen bij het ontwerp van nieuwe situaties en het uittekenen ervan (CAD)
  • Coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf in samenwerking met werf- en projectleiders
  • Controleren van de uitvoering, bewaken van deadlines en opvolgen van kwaliteit
  • Fungeren als schakel tussen werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering en projectleiding
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van meerdere projecten tegelijk
  • Bijwonen van werfvergaderingen en onderhouden van direct contact met de werven
  • Meehelpen aan de voorbereiding van vorderingsstaten en administratieve opvolging
  • Toezien op veiligheid en naleving van werfvoorschriften

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor bouwkunde, landmeetkunde of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring of affiniteit met meetapparatuur en programma’s zoals AutoCAD
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt gestructureerd
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert even goed in team
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands; Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je behoudt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en bent nauwgezet
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt in oplossingen en bent niet bang om je handen vuil te maken
