Op de werf komt alles samen. Jij zorgt dat het vooruitgaat.

Een goed georganiseerd bouwproject begint bij een sterke werfopvolging. Daarom zoeken we voor een gevestigde speler binnen de algemene bouw een Werfleider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, snel schakelt en weet hoe je mensen en planning op één lijn krijgt.

Van de dagelijkse organisatie tot de laatste uitvoeringsdetails: jij bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de werken veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning verlopen.

  • Dagelijkse leiding van de werf, met aandacht voor planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Aansturen en coördineren van onderaannemers, leveranciers en eigen ploegen.
  • De voortgang bewaken en bijsturen wanneer de planning daarom vraagt.
  • Bouwplannen, lastenboeken en technische documenten interpreteren en vertalen naar de praktijk.
  • Werfvergaderingen voorbereiden, bijwonen en opvolgen.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • Problemen op de werf snel detecteren en pragmatisch oplossen.
  • Opvolging van leveringen, materialen en werkzaamheden.
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met de Projectleider en rapporteren over de voortgang.

Een bouwprofessional met technisch inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en natuurlijk leiderschap.

  • Een bouwkundige opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Ervaring als Werfleider of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de algemene bouw.
  • Je voelt je thuis op de werf en weet wat nodig is om een project vooruit te krijgen.
  • Sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met arbeiders, onderaannemers, leveranciers en projectleiding.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel wanneer de planning onder druk komt te staan.
  • Praktisch ingesteld, besluitvaardig en altijd op zoek naar een oplossing.
