The posting

  • Als werfleider bouw neem je de dagelijkse leiding over een of meerdere werven en bewaak je de uitvoering van het project van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • De planning, organisatie en coördinatie van mensen, materiaal en onderaannemers ligt in jouw handen, zodat werkzaamheden efficiënt en volgens afspraak verlopen.
  • Je volgt de voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en het rendement op de werf nauwgezet op en stuurt bij zodra risico’s of afwijkingen zich aandienen.
  • Dankzij je aanwezigheid op de bouwplaats vertaal je de projectafspraken naar een praktische uitvoering en houd je alle betrokken partijen goed geïnformeerd.
  • Je onderhoudt professioneel contact met de bouwheer, architecten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en interne afdelingen zoals aankoop, betonbouw, asfalt en service.
  • Problemen pak je tijdig aan: je anticipeert op knelpunten, zoekt haalbare oplossingen en voorkomt dat kleine afwijkingen de planning of kwaliteit beïnvloeden.
  • Met de nodige autonomie stuur je de werf aan en rapporteer je de voortgang, aandachtspunten en resultaten aan de projectleider.
  • Een bachelor Bouw, een master in de bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige ervaring vormt de basis om technische en organisatorische beslissingen op de werf te nemen.
  • Je brengt 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring mee als werfleider of in een vergelijkbare functie, waardoor je vertrouwd bent met de dagelijkse realiteit van bouwprojecten.
  • Een geldig VCA VOL-attest is vereist; kennis van werfveiligheid en veilig samenwerken helpt je om duidelijke afspraken te maken en consequent op te volgen.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt vlot samen met verschillende partijen. Dat is belangrijk omdat je voortdurend schakelt tussen medewerkers, opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Een zelfstandige, ordelijke en resultaatgerichte werkstijl, gecombineerd met initiatief en voldoende aanpassingsvermogen, stelt je in staat om ook bij veranderende omstandigheden het overzicht te bewaren
