Jobomschrijving

Jobinhoud

Als werfleider bouwprojecten zorg je voor een vlotte en correcte uitvoering van de werven, van opstart tot oplevering. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat elk project efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning wordt gerealiseerd.

  • Coördineren van dagelijkse werfactiviteiten en aansturen van arbeiders, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Bewaken van de uitvoeringsplanning en kwaliteit, met oog voor deadlines en technische perfectie.
  • Organiseren van werfvergaderingen en onderhouden van constructieve communicatie met projectleiding, architecten en opdrachtgevers.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheids- en milieuregels en stimuleren van een veilige werfcultuur.
  • Rapporteren van de voortgang aan de projectleider en signaleren van verbeterpunten of afwijkingen waar nodig.

Profiel

Als werfleider bouwprojecten beschik je over het inzicht, de communicatieve vaardigheden en het leiderschap om elk bouwproject tot een succes te brengen.

  • Een bouwkundige opleiding of relevante ervaring binnen de bouwsector.
  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en talent om overzicht te bewaren, zelfs bij complexe projecten.
  • Communicatief sterk, met het vermogen om teams te motiveren en onderaannemers efficiënt aan te sturen.
  • Pragmatische ingesteldheid en oplossingsgerichte denkwijze bij technische uitdagingen.
  • Gedreven en verantwoordelijk, met zin voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking.
