Voor een toonaangevend bedrijf in Vlaamse infrastructuur- en energienetwerken zoeken wij een enthousiaste Werfleider Elektriciteit. Binnen deze organisatie gaan een gemoedelijke teamgeest en internationale expertise hand in hand, met een absolute focus op elektrotechnisch vakmanschap.

In deze rol ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het volledige projectverloop. Je stuurt de operationele coördinatie op de werf aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt voor een succesvolle oplevering. Daarnaast investeert het bedrijf in jouw toekomst: je krijgt alle ruimte om je leidinggevende vaardigheden en technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als werfleider:

  • Leiden van bouwprojecten van A tot Z, waarbij de planning nauwgezet wordt bewaakt.
  • Coördineren en aansturen van eigen medewerkers en externe onderaannemers.
  • Toezien op een strikte naleving van alle veiligheidsregels en -procedures op de site.
  • Informeren van alle betrokken partijen omtrent de voortgang van het project.
  • Tackelen van onvoorziene uitdagingen op de bouwplaats met een daadkrachtige aanpak.

Jouw achtergrond als werfleider:

  • Minimaal een bachelordiploma elektromechanica, of dit denkniveau verkregen via relevante werkervaring.
  • Sterke natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten en het vermogen om autonoom beslissingen te nemen.
  • Communicatief vaardig, verbaal sterk en vlot in de omgang met collega’s en partners.
  • Klaar om de baan op te gaan met een geldig rijbewijs B.
