Voor onze klant gelegen in regio Merelbeke zijn wij op zoek naar een Werfleider Elektriciteit.

Jobomschrijving

Als Werfleider Elektrische Installaties ben jij de spil in het vlot verlopen van diverse elektrische projecten, van nieuwbouw tot uitbreidingen, in kantoren, woonzorgcentra, studentenkoten, scholen en industriële omgevingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je organiseert samen met de project manager de materialen en het werkbord.
  • Je vertrekt ’s ochtends rond 6u30 vanuit ons kantoor naar regionale werven (max. 45 min rijden).
  • Je plant en coördineert de werken op basis van technische plannen, schema’s en tekeningen.
  • Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 6 eigen medewerkers aan en coacht hen op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt actief mee op de werf en ziet toe op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klantentevredenheid.
  • Je staat in nauw contact met de project manager voor ondersteuning en afstemming.
  • Je onderhoudt professioneel contact met bouwheren, architecten en studiebureaus.

Wij zoeken een gedreven leider die zowel technisch onderlegd is als organisatorisch sterk. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, hands-on en vindt voldoening in kwalitatief werk en tevreden klanten.

Jouw profiel:

  • Elektrisch diploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als leidinggevende binnen elektroprojecten is een must.
  • Je kan technische gegevens vertalen naar duidelijke doelstellingen voor je team (plannen, bordenschema’s, technische tekeningen, ...).
  • Ervaring met middenspanning is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je zoekt variatie tussen werkvoorbereiding, organisatie en hands-on uitvoering.
  • Veiligheid, verantwoordelijkheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn zitten in je DNA.
  • Je kan je verstaanbaar maken in het Frans.
