Voor een gespecialiseerde technische organisatie zoeken we een ervaren werfleider elektriciteit voor uitdagende projecten binnen de spoorinfrastructuur. De focus ligt op elektrische installaties en infrastructuurwerken waarbij een correcte uitvoering en een sterke veiligheidsaanpak essentieel zijn.

Je vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen projectleiding, techniekers, onderaannemers, leveranciers en klanten. Vanuit de werf bewaak je de dagelijkse organisatie, technische uitvoering, kwaliteit en planning en zorg je ervoor dat verschillende partijen efficiënt samenwerken.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Elektrische werkzaamheden op spoorwerven coördineren en dagelijks opvolgen
  • Techniekers en onderaannemers aansturen en zorgen voor een efficiënte werkverdeling
  • De werfplanning, materialen en machines organiseren en de voortgang bewaken
  • Elektrische installaties technisch controleren en toezien op kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering
  • Veiligheidsvoorschriften en werfprocedures opvolgen en communiceren met alle betrokken partijen
  • Je beschikt over sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit en hebt ervaring binnen infrastructuur, industriële installaties of een vergelijkbare omgeving
  • Ervaring als werfleider, ploegbaas of leidinggevende technieker is vereist en kennis van de spoorsector vormt een sterke troef
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, veiligheidsbewust en communicatief en beschikt over rijbewijs B en de flexibiliteit om nacht- of weekendwerk uit te voeren
