Hou jij ervan om werven vlot te laten draaien en teams efficiënt aan te sturen? In een groeiende bouwomgeving met focus op infrastructuur- en grondwerken neem je de leiding over diverse projecten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte voorbereiding, organisatie en opvolging van de werf, waarbij kwaliteit, veiligheid en timing centraal staan. Je werkt nauw samen met ploegen, onderaannemers en stakeholders en grijpt proactief in bij uitdagingen. Dankzij jouw overzicht en praktische aanpak verlopen de werken gestructureerd en volgens planning, met oog voor technische normen en administratieve opvolging.

Dit zijn jouw taken:

  • Coördineren van planning, personeel, materiaal en leveringen
  • Aansturen van teams en bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang
  • Opvolgen van administratie, budgetten en werfcommunicatie
  • Je beschikt over een bouwgerelateerd diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een leidinggevende functie op werven.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bent communicatief sterk en praktisch ingesteld.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van bouwadministratie.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je bent een vroege vogel.
