Wil jij funderingswerven aansturen en werk je graag samen met jouw ploeg op het terrein?

Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde speler in funderingen en beschoeiingen, ingebed in een internationale bouwgroep met meerdere vestigingen in binnen- en buitenland. De activiteiten omvatten onder meer paalfunderingen, grondankers en het stabiliseren van bouwputten. Je combineert er technische expertise en een modern machinepark met de collegiale sfeer van een familiebedrijf.

Vanuit de kantoren in Lier en Beerse volg je uiteenlopende werven op. De projecten zijn niet beperkt tot deze regio's.

Jobomschrijving

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je bereidt meerdere funderingswerven voor en begeleidt de opstart, coördinatie en dagelijkse opvolging.
  • Je stemt de werkzaamheden af met de projectleiders en houdt toezicht op de uitvoering.
  • Je stuurt ploegverantwoordelijken en onderaannemers aan en zorgt dat de werkzaamheden vlot vooruitgaan.
  • Je bewaakt de veiligheid op jouw werven en voert de nodige controles uit.
  • Je rapporteert dagelijks aan de projectleiders en de verantwoordelijke voor de planning over de voortgang.
  • Je bent actief aanwezig op de werf en ondersteunt jouw ploeg waar nodig, ook door zelf praktisch mee te werken.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor Bouw of master Bouwkunde.
  • Ervaring als werfleider is een pluspunt, zeker binnen funderingen of betonwerken.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je weet medewerkers aan te sturen en te motiveren en werkt graag samen met jouw ploeg.
  • Je bent een echte doener die zich thuis voelt op de werf en niet terugschrikt voor praktische ondersteuning.
  • Je bent bereid om werven buiten de regio Lier en Beerse op te volgen.
