Voor onze afdeling Glijbeton zijn wij op zoek naar een Werfleider Glijbeton die verantwoordelijk is voor de dagelijkse coördinatie van uitdagende betonprojecten.In deze functie stuur je mensen, materieel en onderaannemers aan en zorg je ervoor dat de werken veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Coördineren en opvolgen van glijbetonwerken op de werfAansturen van arbeiders, machinisten en onderaannemersLezen, interpreteren en toepassen van plannen en technische dossiersBewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de uitvoeringOplossen van technische en organisatorische uitdagingen op de werfAfstemmen met de projectcoördinator en interne dienstenControleren van uitgevoerde werken en voorbereiden van opleveringenVerzorgen van werfadministratie, rapportering en voortgangsopvolging

Je beschikt over een bachelor Bouwkunde, een technische opleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaringErvaring als werfleider binnen betonwerken of infrastructuurprojecten is een pluspuntAffiniteit met glijbeton, betonconstructies of wegenbouw is een belangrijke troefJe kan technische plannen en dossiers vlot lezen en interpreterenJe bent sterk in organiseren en coördinerenJe denkt oplossingsgericht en behoudt het overzicht onder drukJe bent communicatief sterk en weet teams te motiverenJe spreekt vlot NederlandsKennis van Frans is een meerwaardeJe hebt een goede kennis van MS Office; kennis van MS Project is een pluspuntJe bent flexibel, gestructureerd en verantwoordelijk
