  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van grondwerken en omgevingsaanleg van A tot Z.
  • Opmaken van uitvoeringstekeningen en voorbereiden van de werkzaamheden.
  • Dagelijks aansturen en coördineren van eigen ploegen en onderaannemers.
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de werfplanning & vorderingsstaten voor een vlotte uitvoering.
  • Bestellen van materialen en werfbenodigdheden volgens de projectnoden.
  • Controleren van kwaliteit, veiligheid, budget en rendabiliteit op de werven.
  • Onderhouden van klantencontacten en deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen.

  • Resultaatgericht, communicatief sterk en zelfstandig in de aanpak.
