Ben jij een Werfleider Grondwerken met feeling voor planning en terreinwerk? In de regio Komen stuur jij ploegen aan op gevarieerde projecten in de ruwbouw en grondwerken. Denk aan industriële sites, bedrijfsterreinen en landbouwprojecten verspreid over West- en Oost-Vlaanderen, Wallonië en Brussel. De functie inhoud Ben jij de Werfleider Grondwerken regio Komen die we zoeken?

  • Je zorgt voor de opstart en inrichting van de werven: terreinen operationeel maken, riolering, nivellering en bekisting.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van werfplanningen zodat mensen en machines optimaal ingezet worden.
  • Je stuurt arbeiders aan op wisselende projectlocaties.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en afrekeningen voorbereiden.
  • Kwaliteit, veiligheid en netheid bewaken op elke ruwbouwwerf.

Onze klant Onze klant is een aannemer uit regio Komen, gespecialiseerd in grondwerken en industriële betonvloeren. Ze realiseren grootschalige projecten voor industrie, landbouw en bedrijven en verwerken wekelijks tot 22.000 m² beton. Je komt terecht in een stabiele organisatie waar je als Werfleider veel verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie krijgt. Herken jij jezelf als een Werfleider Grondwerken regio Komen in grondwerken met terreinervaring?

  • Je hebt een Bouwtechnisch Diploma op zak of reeds relevante ervaring.
  • Ervaring in grond - en afbraakwerken is zeker een troef!
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen, opmetingen uitvoeren en onderaannemers coördineren.
  • Je bent bereidt vroeg op te starten en spreekt vlot Frans.
