Deze groeiende onderneming is actief in diverse sectoren, waaronder elektriciteit, HVAC en onderhoud. Het bedrijf staat bekend bij zijn klanten als een meedenkende en innovatieve partner, die tijdens projecten fungeert als vlot aanspreekpunt. Hierdoor blijven klanten steeds op de hoogte van de voortgang. Het bedrijf hanteert een multidisciplinaire aanpak om zo effectieve oplossingen te bieden voor de specifieke wensen van de klant.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Coördineren en plannen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf.
  • Zorgen voor de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Leiden, aansteken en motiveren van het team van arbeiders en onderaannemers.
  • Bewaken van de projectvoortgang en indien nodig bijsturen.
  • Onderhouden van communicatie met opdrachtgevers, architecten en andere betrokkenen.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig opstellen van rapportages en het uitvoeren van administratieve taken.
  • Een technische opleiding en / of enkele jaren relevante werkervaring zijn aanwezig.
  • Kennis van diverse installatietechnieken, bij voorkeur HVAC en sanitaire systemen, is gewenst.
  • Sterke kennis van materialen en apparatuur binnen de technieksector.
  • Communicatief vaardig, met een grote focus op veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid.
