In een familiaal bedrijf waar warmte niet alleen uit de installaties komt maar ook uit de teamgeest, krijg jij als werfleider HVAC de kans om écht het verschil te maken. Je komt terecht in een onderneming met een sterke reputatie in HVAC en sanitair, die hun klanten – van zorginstellingen en kantoren tot commerciële gebouwen – al jarenlang bedient met technisch vakmanschap en betrouwbaarheid. Geen kille aannemerij, wel een mensgerichte organisatie met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid én samenwerking. Terwijl techniekers hun job doen op het terrein, zorg jij ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt: plannen, begeleiden, bijsturen en vooruitkijken. Elke dag brengt iets anders, maar één ding is zeker: jij bent de verbindende kracht tussen klant, ploeg en project.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je neemt de volledige coördinatie van onderhoudsprojecten op jou: van de offerte tot de uitvoering, en van de planning tot de budgetbewaking
  • Dagelijks motiveer je jouw team van techniekers met heldere instructies, en een flinke portie enthousiasme mag daar zeker niet bij ontbreken
  • Als het nodig is, steek je graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen of stuur je bij waar het werk extra aandacht vraagt
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor je klanten en adviseert hen met kennis van zaken over onderhoudsvragen, technische uitdagingen of toekomstige werken
  • Met een scherp oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit voer je werfcontroles uit en zorg je ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes in orde is, telkens opnieuw
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond, idealiter met een diploma in HVAC, sanitair of elektromechanica
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in HVAC of sanitair zijn een plus, zeker als je al eens de leiding nam over mensen of projecten
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, zodat je veilig, duidelijk en professioneel kan communiceren met klanten én collega’s
