Voor een groeiend bouwbedrijf binnen infra en betonbehandelingen zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en praktisch ingestelde Werfleider.

Ben jij graag op de werf aanwezig, heb je technisch inzicht en krijg je energie van projecten waarbij je zichtbaar resultaat neerzet? Dan kan dit een mooie volgende stap zijn.

Je komt terecht in een no-nonsense omgeving met korte communicatielijnen, waar initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid sterk gewaardeerd worden.

Jouw functie

Als Werfleider ben je de schakel tussen de ploegen op de werf, klanten en de projectleiding.

Je volgt de werken dagelijks op en zorgt ervoor dat de uitvoering technisch, kwalitatief en organisatorisch goed verloopt.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse voortgang van de werken
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van ploegen op de werf
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit en technische uitvoering
  • Toezien op veiligheid en een correcte werforganisatie
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en andere betrokken partijen
  • Problemen tijdig signaleren en actief meedenken over oplossingen
  • Opvolgen en bijsturen van de werfplanning
  • Controleren van materiaal, machines en bevoorrading
  • Ondersteunen bij werfvergaderingen
  • Verzorgen van de administratieve opvolging van projecten

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die technisch sterk is, graag op de werf staat en verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen.

  • Ervaring binnen infra, wegenbouw, betonwerken of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving
  • Technisch inzicht en een praktische ingesteldheid
  • Je voelt je thuis op een werf
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken
  • Je communiceert vlot met arbeiders, ploegbazen, klanten en collega's
  • Sterk in plannen en organiseren
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet werk

Ervaring met betonherstellingen, betonrenovatie, betonbehandelingen of gelijkaardige werken is een sterke troef.
