Als werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van één of meerdere werven. Je zorgt voor een vlotte organisatie, coördinatie en opvolging van alle werkzaamheden. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met zowel interne diensten als externe partners en stakeholders.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijkse leiding en opvolging van infrastructuurwerven.
  • Coördineren van medewerkers, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, studiebureaus en andere betrokken partijen.
  • Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Rapporteren aan de projectleider.
  • Zelfstandig beheren van projecten met de nodige autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid.

Kortom, je staat in voor de volledige opvolging van jouw projecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

  • Diploma Professionele Bachelor Bouw, Master Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Beschikt over een geldig VCA-attest.
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de infrastructuursector is een sterke troef.
  • Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Proactieve instelling met een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en organisatorisch talent.
