Voor onze klant in Roeselare zijn wij op zoek naar een Werfleider die veel goesting heeft om er nog eens volledig in te vliegen. De functie inhoud Welke verantwoordelijkheden neem je op als Werfleider klasse 8 regio Tielt?

  • Je plant en verdeelt het werk binnen je team en stuurt zowel eigen arbeiders als onderaannemers dagelijks aan op de werf.
  • Je bewaakt de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en grijpt proactief in waar nodig.
  • Via het werfadministratiedossier controleer je de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken en volg je de voortgang nauwgezet op.
  • Je coördineert de leveringen op de werf zodat planning en uitvoering vlot op elkaar aansluiten.
  • Samen met de projectleider verzorg je de administratieve opvolging van de werf.
  • Als aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen zorg jij voor een heldere communicatie tussen bureau, werf en externe stakeholders.

Onze klant De klant is een klasse 8 aannemer uit Tielt die projecten over heel Vlaanderen realiseert en actief is in een brede waaier aan bouwactiviteiten: parkeercomplexen, openbare gebouwen, zorgsector, kantoorbouw, industrie- en appartementsbouw. Ze beschikken over een eigen productieafdeling wat een hele grote troef is! In de productieafdeling worden eigen wapeningsstaal en prefab betonelementen geproduceerd. Dit zorgt voor een grote flexibiliteit en reactiesnelheid alsook behouden ze de volledige controle over de kwaliteit.

Er werken ongeveer 170 mensen, respect en een sterke en open communicatie worden er hoog in het vaandel gedragen. Het is een solide en familiaal bedrijf waar werknemers uitgebreid de kans krijgen om hun talenten verder te ontwikkelen en te groeien. Ze zijn begaan met hun werknemer en als het goed is, zullen ze dit ook laten blijken. Zo trakteren ze jaarlijks op frietjes als iedereen op een veilige en ongevalvrije manier heeft gewerkt.   • Je behaalde je diploma Bachelor of Master in de bouwkunde of je bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
  • Ervaring? Of net afgestudeerd? Beide profielen zijn welkom.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, denkt kritisch en neemt graag het initiatief wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Het voortouw nemen schrikt je niet af en bent een vlotte communicator.
