Je zoekt een technische functie waarin je ervaring echt impact heeft. Hier combineer je mechanische expertise met werforganisatie, verantwoordelijkheid en het aansturen van ervaren techniekers. Je krijgt bovendien ruimte om door te groeien richting projectleider of montageleider, binnen een omgeving waar technische kennis sterk wordt gewaardeerd.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bereidt mechanische werven technisch en praktisch voor.
  • Je stemt vooraf af met ingenieurs, klanten en interne teams.
  • Je organiseert mensen, materialen, gereedschappen en werfvoorzieningen.
  • Je stuurt service techniekers en assistent werfleiders aan.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en voortgang op de werf.

Waar ga je werken? Mechanica staat hier centraal in drie uiteenlopende activiteiten: industrie, infrastructuur en offshore. De projecten gaan van grote industriële machines tot bruggen, waarbij ook internationale samenwerkingen voorkomen.

Je werkt binnen een familiale KMO met een ongeveer gelijke verdeling tussen arbeiders en bedienden. Binnen de montageafdeling werk je samen met ervaren montageleiders, werfleiders en assistent werfleiders.

De werkomgeving is technisch, praktisch en rechtstreeks. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid zonder er alleen voor te staan en werkt samen met collega’s die hun technische kennis graag delen.

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een A2 diploma, bachelor is een plus.
  • Je hebt minstens een stevige mechanische technische basis.
  • Je hebt een sterke focus op veiligheid en procedures.
  • Een VCA attest of bereidheid deze te behalen is vereist om te starten.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels is een plus.
