In de rol van werfleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van de eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers zorgt voor een gestructureerde voortgang van de bouw.
  • Bestelling van de nodige materialen gebeurt tijdig om stagnatie op de werkvloer te voorkomen.
  • Controle van de geleverde goederen en uitgevoerde werken garandeert de naleving van de kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Bijsturing van de werkplanning vindt plaats op basis van de dagelijkse realiteit en weersomstandigheden.
  • Deelname aan werfvergaderingen bevordert een heldere communicatie met architecten en bouwheren.
  • Registratie van de prestaties en vorderingen dient als basis voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.

Profiel

Als werfleider is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Opleiding op bachelor- of masterniveau in een bouwkundige discipline biedt de noodzakelijke technische kennis.
  • Ervaring van minimaal twee jaar in een soortgelijke omgeving vormt de basis voor een zelfstandige werkhouding.
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten helpen bij het motiveren van de teams op de werkvloer.
  • Oplossingsgerichte mentaliteit is onmisbaar bij het aanpakken van onvoorziene uitdagingen tijdens de bouw.
  • Gezonde dosis ambitie drijft de kandidaat om constant bij te leren en processen te verbeteren.
