Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je organiseert en coördineert de montage van technische installaties bij klanten, zowel in België als in het buitenland
  • Je stuurt eigen monteurs en arbeiders aan en coördineert de werkzaamheden van onderaannemers
  • Je bereidt de werkzaamheden zorgvuldig voor en bepaalt de juiste werkvolgorde
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, gereedschappen en medewerkers tijdig beschikbaar zijn
  • Je volgt de uitvoering van het project nauwgezet op
  • Je bewaakt de veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en efficiëntie op de werf
  • Je controleert of de uitvoering overeenstemt met de verwachtingen en afspraken met de klant
  • Je rapporteert de voortgang aan de projectleider
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de werkplaats, project- en werfleiding, klanten, leveranciers en de interne aankoopdienst
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat uitdagingen snel en praktisch worden opgelost
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in (elektro)mechanica, of hebt een gelijkwaardige technische ervaring
  • Je hebt een goede technische bagage en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet medewerkers en onderaannemers op een duidelijke en positieve manier aan te sturen
  • Je bent sterk in organisatie en planning en behoudt ook in drukke omstandigheden het overzicht
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands, Engels en kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent tegelijk een echte teamspeler
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig in het buitenland te werken: ongeveer 80 dagen per jaar
