In regio Dendermonde kom je terecht bij een gevestigde familiale speler waar mechanica al vier generaties lang in het DNA zit. Hier draait alles rond techniek die beweegt, werkt en blijft werken. Geen standaardoplossingen, maar doordachte realisaties op maat voor klanten met complexe technische uitdagingen.

Met een team van meer dan 100 gepassioneerde vakmensen worden projecten volledig in eigen handen genomen: van ontwerp en engineering tot productie, montage, onderhoud en service. Daardoor zie je als werfleider niet alleen losse onderdelen van een project, maar het volledige verhaal. Van de eerste voorbereiding tot de oplevering op de werf.

Een rol voor iemand die overzicht houdt, graag schakelt tussen mensen en techniek, en energie krijgt van projecten die niet elke dag hetzelfde zijn.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als werfleider neem je de voorbereiding stevig in handen: van planning en werkvoorbereiding tot materiaalbestellingen en leveringsopvolging, steeds in nauwe afstemming met de montageleider en projectleider
  • Daarnaast breng je ritme en structuur op de werf door assistent-werfleiders aan te sturen, techniekers duidelijk te briefen en de dagelijkse uitvoering vlot te laten verlopen
  • Binnen jouw rol hou je scherp zicht op kwaliteit, voortgang en veiligheid, waarbij je snel schakelt bij technische vragen, operationele uitdagingen of onverwachte situaties
  • Tot slot versterk je het team op de vloer door kennis te delen via toolboxen, interne opleidingen en coaching on the job, met oog voor veilig, efficiënt en milieubewust werken
  • Een stevige technische basis neem je mee via een A2-diploma in mechanica, industrieel onderhoud, mechanische vormgevingstechnieken of door relevante ervaring in het vak
  • Vanuit je ervaring als onderhoudsmechanieker, service monteur of technieker op de werf voel je perfect aan wat er nodig is om mensen en projecten vooruit te krijgen
  • Mechanische onderdelen zoals lagers, koppelingen en dichtingen kennen voor jou weinig geheimen, en werktekeningen lees je vlot om de uitvoering scherp te begeleiden
