Binnen dit bouwbedrijf krijg je als Werfleider Ruwbouw in Tielt de kans om stap voor stap verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen over uitdagende bouwprojecten. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s, maar krijgt tegelijk de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een zelfstandige werfleider binnen de wereld van ruwbouw. Twijfel niet en lees nu verder!

De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Werfleider?

  • Je ondersteunt in het begin de projectleiders en collega-werfleiders en leert de knepen van het vak.
  • Je groeit stap voor stap naar een zelfstandige rol als Werfleider waarin je je eigen werf leidt.
  • Je denkt actief mee met het team en durft je eigen mening te geven.
  • Als werfleider ruwbouw controleer je planning, leveringen en de uitvoering van de werken.
  • Je werkt samen met onderaannemers en leveranciers en controleert de planning en leveringen.
  • Je bereidt werfvergaderingen mee voor en zorgt dat de communicatie met de projectleiding duidelijk is.
  • Je neemt na verloop van tijd grotere en complexere projecten op en stuurt ploegen zelfstandig aan.

  • Je hebt een diploma bouwkunde op zak!
  • Je hebt kennis van ruwbouw en werking van werven.

  • Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde juniors krijgen kansen en intensieve begeleiding.
