Voor onze klant, een gevestigde waarde binnen de bouwsector met meerdere generaties ervaring en een sterke reputatie in de wereld van staalconstructie, zijn wij op zoek naar een Werfleider Staalconstructie met technisch inzicht en een sterk gevoel voor leiderschap.

Deze onderneming onderscheidt zich door haar doorgedreven focus op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en klantgerichtheid. Dankzij hun eigen studiebureau kunnen zij projecten volledig in-house ontwikkelen en realiseren – van het eerste ontwerp tot de uiteindelijke oplevering. Door deze geïntegreerde aanpak en een consequente naleving van hun normen en waarden, slaagt het bedrijf erin om zelfs de meest complexe en technisch uitdagende projecten tot een goed einde te brengen. Als Werfleider neem je de dagelijkse leiding over staalconstructieprojecten op jou en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de praktische uitvoering, opvolging en coördinatie op de werf. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen, onderaannemers en klanten om elke werf kwalitatief, veilig en tijdig op te leveren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan de renovatie en versterking van een zeer groot project binnen België
  • De verschillende werfzones worden parallel aan elkaar uitgevoerd en zijn uiterst sterk met elkaar verweven in tijd en ruimte, een uitstekende coördinatie en samenwerking met uw collega werfleider in de andere zones is dan ook zeer belangrijk
  • Jij bent organisatorisch verantwoordelijk voor jouw werfzone en staat in voor een vlotte taakverdeling en aansturing van eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers
  • Je staat in nauw contact met de overkoepelende hoofdwerfleider en de projectleiding en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever, de partners en inspecteurs
  • Tot slot overzie je een algemene goede uitvoering van het project en zorg je ervoor dat alle veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften worden nageleefd
  • Je genoot bij voorkeur een bachelor- of masteropleiding binnen de bouw of mechanica én kan meerdere jaren ervaring voorleggen binnen een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je hanteert steeds een vlotte communicatie met de arbeiders en tussen de verschillende partijen & hebt sterke people skills
  • Omwille van veiligheid & communicatie spreek je vlot Nederlands & Engels
