  • Diverse ervaring: Je levert maatwerk op uiteenlopende werven, waardoor je jouw vakkennis binnen verschillende vakgebieden snel uitbreidt.
  • Afwisselend takenpakket: Geen werkdag is gelijk; je schakelt moeiteloos tussen werfcoördinatie, kwaliteitscontroles en de administratieve opvolging.
  • Technisch veelzijdig: Je past je brede kennis van HVAC, sanitair en elektriciteit flexibel toe en benut vlotte IT-vaardigheden om projecten administratief strak te sturen.

Jouw takenpakket als Werfleider Technieken bestaat uit:

  • Operationele werfopvolging: Aansturen van onderaannemers en nauwgezet opvolgen van de technische werkzaamheden aan stationsterreinen verspreid over Wallonië.
  • Kwaliteit, Veiligheid & Testing: Waken over de veiligheid op de werf, inspecteren van de werfsignalisatie, uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles én het afnemen van FAT/SAT testen.
  • Commercieel & Financieel beheer: Beoordelen van prijsvoorstellen/offertes, nakijken en goedkeuren van meetstaten en het bespreken van meerwerken en technische alternatieven.
  • Rapportage: Zorgen voor een heldere administratieve opvolging en het nauwkeurig opstellen van werfrapporten via MS Office en Windows.

Profiel

Als Werfleider Technieken herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je hebt een technische A2-opleiding met minstens 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring op de werf.
  • Grondige Vakkennis: Uitstekende kennis van HVAC, sanitaire installaties en elektriciteit.
  • Talen & Software: Vlot in de Franse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk) en een goeie beheersing van PC-tools (Office/Windows).
  • Competenties: Sterk in communicatie, oplossingsgericht bij meerwerken en flexibel ingesteld om werven doorheen Wallonië te doorkruisen.
