Als werfleider binnen kust‑ en zeehavenprojecten krijg je een sleutelrol in de voorbereiding, uitvoering en opvolging van complexe infrastructuurwerken. Je werkt mee aan grootschalige projecten zoals de vernieuwing van de Europaterminal, waar je bijdraagt aan een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve realisatie van grondverzet‑ en kademuurwerken. Je combineert operationele verantwoordelijkheid met nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen verlopen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voorbereiden van projecten vanuit kantoor of op de projectlocatie, zodat de uitvoering vlot kan starten.
  • Begeleiden en aansturen van projectwerkzaamheden tijdens de realisatie, met focus op tijdige en kwalitatieve oplevering.
  • Projectplanning omzetten naar detailplanning en geschikte werkmethodes bepalen.
  • Afwijkingen ten opzichte van contractuele afspraken signaleren, rapporteren en adequaat opvolgen.
  • Rapporteren aan de projectmanager over voortgang en afwijkingen.
  • Zorgen dat medewerkers, materieel en werkmethodes tijdig beschikbaar zijn in overleg met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Projectmedewerkers, scheepsbemanning en onderaannemers coachen, instrueren en motiveren.
  • Dagelijkse en wekelijkse rapportage verzorgen over de voortgang van het project.
  • TSO‑opleiding Bouw‑ en Houtkunde, Bouwtechnieken, of een gelijkaardige richting; bachelor bouwkunde of graduaat werforganisatie‑wegenbouw zijn eveneens geschikt.
  • Minstens drie jaar ervaring als werfleider of uitvoerder.
  • Praktisch ingesteld, communicatief sterk en in staat om teams te motiveren.
  • Oplossingsgericht, nauwkeurig en comfortabel met verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Sterke affiniteit met infrastructuur‑ en grondverzetprojecten.
