Ben jij een werfleider die graag ownership neemt over zijn projecten en liever kwaliteit levert dan van werf naar werf te hollen? Voor een sterke speler in industriële infrastructuurwerken zoeken wij een Werfleider / Uitvoerder die mee bouwt aan uitdagende projecten in de Antwerpse haven.Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen werf, werkt met een vaste ploeg en vormt samen met de projectleider de motor achter een succesvolle uitvoering.

Voorbereiden van projecten samen met de projectleider en opmaken van een realistische uitvoeringsplanningCoördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werfAansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van vaste ploegen en onderaannemersToezien op een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van de werkenBewaken van planning, rendement en budgettenOpvolgen van kosten en prestaties op de werfSamenwerken met de afrekenaar voor een correcte projectafhandelingFungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, collega's en partnersTechnisch meedenken en praktische oplossingen voorstellen bij uitdagingen op de werfWaken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en een vlotte uitvoering van het project

Je beschikt over een diploma Graduaat Bouw, Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaringJe hebt ervaring met het organiseren van werkzaamheden en het aansturen van teams op de werfJe bent technisch sterk en denkt oplossingsgerichtJe behoudt het overzicht en stelt de juiste prioriteitenVeiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaatsJe communiceert vlot en professioneel in het NederlandsJe werkt vlot met MS Office 365Je beschikt over een rijbewijs BEen rijbewijs BE is een pluspuntJe bent een echte teamspeler met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
