The posting

Tijdens je werk met je voeten in de klei of zand staan, maar wél met de voordelen van een groot internationaal bedrijf: dat is werken bij Boskalis. Met onze projecten veranderen we de kaart en houden we veilig, leefbaar en bereikbaar. Bij ons werken elke dag zo’n duizend medewerkers met passie en trots aan een breed scala van toffe projecten.

Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar een Werfleider / Uitvoerder, die onderdeel wil worden van het project: Europaterminal in Antwerpen. Binnen dit combinatie-project vernieuwen we de haven, zodat de grootste containerschepen kunnen worden ontvangen en de capaciteit met een derde kan toenemen. Vanuit je rol als Werfleider zal de nadruk liggen op de werkzaamheden met betrekking tot grondverzet en kademuren.

In de rol van Werfleider tref je samen met het projectteam vanuit kantoor of vanaf de projectlocatie de voorbereidingen zodat een project daadwerkelijk kan starten. Tijdens de realisatie van het project ben je als Werfleider verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en aansturen van de projectwerkzaamheden en zorg je ervoor dat er kwalitatief hoogwaardig werk tijdig wordt opgeleverd.

Dit betekent dat je verantwoordelijk bent voor onder andere:

  • De projectplanning omzetten naar een detailplanning en werkmethodes zodat het project efficiënt en effectief gerealiseerd kan worden volgens de contractuele afspraken (kwaliteit, planning en budget).
  • Signaleren en melden van afwijkingen ten opzichte van het contract en hier adequaat naar handelen. Je rapporteert hierover aan de Project Manager.
  • In samenspraak met de interne en externe stakeholders realiseren dat de juiste werkmethodes, medewerkers en materieel tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
  • Op een coachende manier projectmedewerkers, scheepsbemanning en onderaannemers instrueren en motiveren.
  • Op dagelijkse- en wekelijkse basis rapporteren over de voortgang van het project.

  • Als werfleider ben je een echte praktijkman of -vrouw met een TSO opleiding (Bouw- en Houtkunde, Bouwtechnieken of gelijkaardig), Professionele Bachelor Bouwkunde, Graduaat Werforganisatie-Wegenbouw of een gelijkaardige opleiding afgerond.
  • Minimaal drie jaar werkervaring als werfleider/uitvoerder.
