FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Functieomschrijving

Ben jij een geboren organisator met passie voor wegenbouw? Dan is deze functie als werfleider iets voor jou! Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding en coördinatie van wegenbouwprojecten, van voorbereiding tot en met oplevering.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Leiden en organiseren van de werfactiviteiten, inclusief personeelsplanning, materiaalbeheer en machine-inzet;
  • Coördineren van de uitvoering in samenwerking met je team en in nauw overleg met de projectleider;
  • Waken over de voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budgetten van het project;
  • Problemen detecteren en oplossingsgericht aanpakken;
  • Rapporteren aan de projectleiding over de stand van zaken op de werf.

PROFIEL

  • Je beschikt over een diploma bouwkunde (bachelor of master) of gelijkwaardige ervaring in de sector;
  • Ervaring binnen een bouwbedrijf klasse 7 of 8 is een troef;
  • Je bent een sterke leider en weet een team efficiënt te motiveren en aan te sturen;
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt graag hands-on op de werf;
  • Flexibiliteit in werkuren en werkregio (voornamelijk West- en Oost-Vlaanderen) schrikt jou niet af;
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werf draag je hoog in het vaandel.
