  • Wekelijkse werfvergaderingen organiseren en de betrokken partijen samenbrengen.
  • Controleren of aannemers de werken uitvoeren volgens plannen, afspraken en technische voorschriften.
  • Nodige kwaliteitsproeven, zoals kernboringen en plaatproeven, mee organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Resultaten en belangrijke bevindingen duidelijk rapporteren aan de opdrachtgever.
  • Vorderingsstaten controleren en instaan voor eindafrekeningen en as-builtdocumentatie.
  • Bacheloropleiding binnen bouwkunde of landmeten.
  • Interesse in infrastructuurwerken en de praktische uitvoering ervan.
  • Kennis van de wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten en Standaardbestek 250 is een troef; bereidheid om deze kennis snel op te bouwen is eveneens welkom.
