The posting

Voor grote infrastructuurprojecten in Vlaanderen zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren werftoezichter elektromechanische weguitrustingen.

In deze functie volg je elektromechanische werken op het terrein van dichtbij op en waak je over een correcte, veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering volgens de geldende wetgeving, regelgeving en bestekbepalingen.

Je bent de technische schakel tussen werf, projectteam, aannemers en opdrachtgever. Je combineert terreinopvolging met technische controle, administratieve rapportering en het praktisch oplossen van problemen tijdens de uitvoering.

Voornaamste taken

  • Je volgt elektromechanische werken en weguitrustingen op vóór, tijdens en na uitvoering.
  • Je controleert op het terrein de naleving van wetgeving, regelgeving, bestekbepalingen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, termijnen en praktische organisatie van de toegewezen werken.
  • Je controleert tracés, werfsignalisatie, installaties, uitgevoerde werken en relevante meet- en controlegegevens.
  • Je verzamelt, verwerkt en rapporteert technische gegevens over ontwerpen, installaties, vergunningen en werken in uitvoering.
  • Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en stemt af met de werfleider, leidend ambtenaar, aannemers en het projectteam.
  • Je houdt werfdocumentatie bij, zoals dagboeken, postenboeken, hoeveelheden, verslagen en opvolgingsgegevens.
  • Je reageert op problemen op de werf en stelt gepaste maatregelen voor in overleg met het projectteam.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor elektronica of elektromechanica, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in de opvolging van projecten binnen elektrische installaties of elektromechanische weguitrustingen.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van standaardbestekken 270 en 250, algemene aannemingsvoorwaarden en relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder overheidsopdrachten, vergunningen en AREI.
  • Je kan technische plannen vlot lezen, interpreteren en voorstellen doen voor aanpassingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en communicatief en beschikt over voldoende maturiteit om werfsituaties correct op te volgen.
  • Je beschikt over rijbewijs B en bent bereid om, indien nodig, ’s nachts of tijdens weekends te werken.
  • Je kunt minimum 2 referenties van gelijkaardige opdracht aanleveren
