In deze veelzijdige functie draag je rechtstreeks bij aan kwalitatieve projecten binnen ramen, deuren en zonwering. Je werkt zowel op kantoor als op de werf, waar je het overzicht bewaart, collega’s ondersteunt en klanten met expertise verderhelpt. Je komt terecht in een groeiende organisatie met een praktische, no‑nonsense cultuur waarin samenwerking en vakmanschap centraal staan.

Als Werfverantwoordelijke ben jij de spil tussen kantoor, werf en klant. Je zorgt voor een vlotte planning, een correcte uitvoering en een duidelijke communicatie. Je werkt mee op de werf wanneer nodig, begeleidt collega’s en bewaakt de kwaliteit van elke installatie. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en jarenlange ervaring ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor zowel team als klant.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Ervaring ramen & deuren: meerdere jaren praktijkervaring is essentieel
  • Technische kennis van materialen, plaatsing en nieuwbouwprojecten
  • Flexibiliteit in taken en planning
  • Teambegeleiding: graag collega’s opleiden en ondersteunen
  • Klantencontact en duidelijke communicatie
  • Fysiek in orde en bereid om mee te werken op de werf
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
