Ihr Aufgabengebiet * Sie sorgen für die Einhaltung von Vorgaben und Zielen am Standort. * Sie koordinieren Maßnahmen im Bereich Service Desk/Technischer Leitstand vor Ort. * Sie verwalten die zentrale Störmeldestelle für Organisation und Technik. * Sie betreiben und optimieren die Gebäudeleittechnik. * Sie wirken am Energiemanagement der Klinik Floridsdorf mit. * Sie unterstützen die Referatsleitung Service Desk/Technischer Leitstand bei der Leistungskoordination des Incidentmanagements und koordinieren Sofortmaßnahmen bzw. Störungsbehebungen.

Ihr Profil * Sie verfügen über eine HTL-Matura, Werkmeister*inprüfung, Meister*inprüfung oder Befähigungsprüfung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, HKLS, Maschinenbau, Nachrichtentechnik oder Mess- und Regeltechnik. Sie verfügen alternativ über eine abgeschlossene Lehre oder Fachschule im Bereich Elektrotechnik, HKLS, Maschinenbau, Nachrichtentechnik oder Mess- und Regeltechnik und mindestens acht Jahre facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung. Für Mitarbeiter*innen, die bereits bei der Stadt Wien beschäftigt sind und der VBO oder DO unterliegen, wird eine abgeschlossene Lehre und Werkmeister*inprüfung oder Meister*inprüfung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, HKLS, Maschinenbau, Nachrichtentechnik oder Mess- und Regeltechnik vorausgesetzt. * Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. * Sie besitzen gute EDV-Kenntnisse (insb. MS-Office). * Sie bringen grundlegende Bedienerkenntnisse im Bereich Gebäudeleittechnik, Fördertechnik, Sicherheitsmanagement bzw. Automatisierungstechnik mit. * Sie bringen Kenntnisse im Bereich Technische Gebäudeausrüstung bzw. Anlagenbau mit. * Sie zeichnen sich durch eine eigenverantwortliche, zielorientierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit aus. * Sie arbeiten gerne im Schichtdienst (12,25-stündige Tagdienste und Nachtdienste im Zeitraum Montag bis Sonntag).

Für Mitarbeiter*innen, die bereits bei der Stadt Wien beschäftigt sind, ergibt sich die Entlohnung für die ausgeschriebene Stelle durch die Dienstposten- bzw. Funktionsbewertung und die entsprechende Einreihung im jeweiligen Gehaltssystem.

Für neue Mitarbeiter*innen beträgt das Einstiegsgehalt laut Wiener Bedienstetengesetz bei 40 Wochenstunden 3.333 € brutto (14x jährlich). Durch die Anrechnung von berufseinschlägigen bzw. gleichwertigen Tätigkeiten als Vordienstzeiten ergibt sich ein höheres Gehalt.
