Als Werkplaatscoördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en aansturing van de werkplaats binnen een technisch productieomgeving.

Je zorgt ervoor dat planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie op elkaar afgestemd zijn, zodat de werkplaats vlot functioneert en projecten tijdig en correct worden opgeleverd.

Je staat dicht bij de techniek en werkt nauw samen met techniekers, productie en andere interne stakeholders.

In deze rol combineer je operationeel leiderschap met een sterke technische en organisatorische focus.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team techniekers.
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van de werkplaatsplanning.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en afgewerkte dossiers.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, procedures en werkafspraken.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen binnen de werkplaats.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en actief meedenken over optimalisatie van processen.
  • Opvolgen van werkorders, administratieve dossiers en voortgang van de werkzaamheden.
  • Waken over orde, netheid en een veilige en overzichtelijke werkomgeving.
  • Afstemmen met interne teams om een efficiënte en klantgerichte werking te garanderen.

Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, houdt het overzicht en zorgt voor structuur, continuïteit en een professionele uitvoering van de dagelijkse activiteiten.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren en standvastige professional met een stevige technische achtergrond en de nodige maturiteit om een werkplaatsoperationeel te leiden. Je hebt idealiter een bachelor denkniveau en beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen de automotive sector of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.

Jouw profiel:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische of automotive omgeving.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen of begeleiden van een team.
  • Goede technische kennis van voertuigen, mechanica en werkplaatsprocessen.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde manier van werken.
  • Administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en vertrouwd met opvolging van werkorders en dossiers.
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands; goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Hands-on ingesteld, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig.
  • Teamgericht, communicatief en in staat om prioriteiten helder te bewaken.
  • Flexibel en bereid mee te denken met de organisatie.
  • Bachelor denkniveau; een diploma is een troef, maar geen absolute vereiste.
