Als Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke (m/v) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van onze werkplaats en het coördineren van de dagelijkse activiteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkzaamheden soepel verlopen en dat de technische dienstverlening aan onze klanten van hoog niveau is.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Aansturen van jouw collega's en verantwoordelijk voor een goede werking
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten, je communiceert met de klant en geeft hen advies.
  • Samen met de receptie maak je een efficiënte planning op en controleer je de werkfiches
  • Indien nodig werk je ook actief mee als diagnosetechnicus
  • Idealiter heb je een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Zo niet, beschik je over een geschikte achtergrond (ervaring en/of diploma)
  • Voor een vlotte communicatie op de werkvloer te garanderen kan je vlot Nederlands spreken
  • Zowel administratief als uitvoerend werk schrikken jou niet af
