Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in de verkoop, verhuur en service van bedrijfsvoertuigen. Vanuit een moderne vestiging bouwen zij dagelijks nieuwe voertuigen volledig op maat van hun klanten uit. Kwaliteit, vakmanschap en technische expertise vormen daarbij de basis van hun succes.

Voor de nieuwbouwafdeling zoeken zij een technisch sterke verantwoordelijke die graag de combinatie maakt tussen leidinggeven en meewerken op de werkvloer.

Geen functie waarbij je de hele dag achter een bureau zit. Wel een rol waarin je organiseert, coördineert én zelf mee bouwt aan unieke voertuigen.

Wat doe je?

  • Je stuurt een team van techniekers aan en begeleidt hen in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden
  • Je plant en organiseert de werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling
  • Je bereidt dossiers voor en volgt deze verder op
  • Je werkt actief mee aan de opbouw en afwerking van nieuwe voertuigen
  • Je monteert accessoires en elektrische toepassingen
  • Je maakt voertuigen klaar voor technische controles
  • Je bewaakt kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen de werkplaats
  • Je denkt mee na over technische oplossingen voor specifieke klantvragen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elk voertuig correct en tijdig wordt afgeleverd
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische basis
  • Elektriciteit en elektrische toepassingen hebben voor jou weinig geheimen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je houdt van afwisseling en technische uitdagingen
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief
  • Je kan collega's coachen, begeleiden en motiveren
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen nemen
