Voor een stabiele bouwonderneming zoeken we een werkplaatsverantwoordelijke die ervoor zorgt dat het machinepark steeds in topconditie blijft.

  • Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van het team in de werkplaats.
  • Organiseren en plannen van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan bouwmachines, voertuigen en ander materieel.
  • Uitvoeren van zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud om stilstand tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van technische storingen op mechanisch, elektrisch en elektromechanisch vlak.
  • Toezien op de algemene technische staat van het machinepark en tijdig verbeteringen voorstellen.
  • Rapporteren aan de directie en projectleiding over onderhoud, herstellingen en de beschikbaarheid van het materieel.
  • Waken over een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkplaats.
  • Je hebt ruime technische ervaring binnen mechanica, elektromechanica of autotechniek.
  • Je beschikt over minstens twee jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
  • Je bent technisch sterk en hebt een brede interesse in machines en bouwmaterieel.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en blijft rustig wanneer zich dringende technische problemen voordoen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en kan zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs C.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent verantwoordelijk en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
