Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke in Kontich ben jij de spil in het coördineren en opvolgen van alle werkorders. Met een team van 11 bekwame mechaniekers ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte en efficiënte werkverdeling.

Jij vormt de onmisbare schakel tussen de werkplaats en de receptie/administratie, en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen soepel verlopen.

Als Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke in Kontich ziet jouw takenpakket er als volgt uit.

  • Verdeling van werkorders: Je verdeelt de werkorders over de 11 mechaniekers, zorgt voor een efficiënte werkverdeling en houdt het overzicht
  • Opvolging van werkzaamheden: Jij houdt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden nauwgezet in de gaten, waardoor kwaliteit en deadlines gewaarborgd zijn
  • Schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen: Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke ben jij de verbindende factor tussen de werkplaats en receptie/administratie
  • Feedback geven: Je voorziet de receptie van tussentijdse updates over de status van lopende werkorders
  • Voorbereiden van aanvragen: Jij bereid aanvragen voor leasingmaatschappijen zorgvuldig voor zodat jouw collega's van de receptie deze zorgeloos verder kunnen indienen en opvolgen
  • Technische ondersteuning: Wanneer nodig ondersteun je de receptie met jouw technische kennis
  • Samenwerking en planning: Jij werkt nauw samen met de werkplaats, bent goed in planning en bevordert teamwork

In jouw job als Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke in Kontich bezit je onderstaande kwalificaties en/of skills.

  • Opleiding en ervaring: Bachelor autotechnologie en/of relevante ervaring als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke
  • Communicatie: Je bent communicatief sterk in de Nederlandse taal
  • Precisie en klantgerichtheid: Je werkt nauwkeurig en staat af en toe klanten te woord
  • Organisatorisch talent: Je bent planmatig ingesteld en sterk in organiseren
