  • Volledige verantwoordelijkheid over de afdeling Vans & Trucks Waregem
  • Coördineren van de mechanische werkplaats samen met de brigadier
  • Eindverantwoordelijke voor alle aftersales dossiers met hulp van service advisors
  • Zorgen voor goede organisatie van de hele site - alles loopt op rolletjes
  • Rapportering en budgettering - cijfers die kloppen
  • Account manager voor klanten - het gezicht van het bedrijf
  • Regelmatig rapporteren aan de Service & Parts Manager
  • Plannen van onderhoud, reparaties en technische controles
  • Opvolgen van administratief beheer en personeel
  • Diepgaande technische automotive kennis - trucks hebben geen geheimen voor jou
  • Relevante ervaring in service, parts, mechanica en zwaar vervoer
  • Minimum 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Bachelorniveau denk- en werkniveau
  • Klantgericht, gestructureerd en punctueel - betrouwbaarheid is jouw tweede naam
  • Administratief en cijfermatig goed onderlegd
  • Leiderstype die verbindend communiceert in Nederlands en Frans
