Der Fachbereich Strategie & Unternehmensentwicklung der ÖBB-Personenverkehr AG gestaltet die langfristige Ausrichtung und Zukunftsfähigkeit des Unternehmens. Im Fokus stehen die Entwicklung strategischer Zielbilder, die Identifikation von Wachstums- und Innovationspotenzialen sowie die Begleitung wesentlicher Transformations- und Veränderungsprozesse. Durch die Analyse von Markt- und Branchentrends, die Erarbeitung nachhaltiger Unternehmensstrategien sowie die Steuerung strategischer Initiativen leistet der Bereich einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Personenverkehrs und zur erfolgreichen Mobilität von morgen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir engagierte Student:innen für 4 - 6 Monate Teilzeit im Bereich ab Jänner 2027!

Dein Job - Du...

* unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien im Bereich Mobilität und Unternehmensentwicklung.

* wirkst bei der Analyse und Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios mit.

* bringst dich in strategische Projekte ein und analysierst relevante Marktentwicklungen.

* hilfst bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Produkt- bzw. Unternehmensstrategie.

* unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Auswertungen für das Management insbesondere mit PowerPoint und Excel.

* arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und externen Partner:innen zusammen.

* bringst eigene Ideen ein und übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben.

Dein Profil - Du...

* befindest dich in einem laufenden Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Strategie oder Produktmanagement.

* konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Strategie, Produktmanagement, Business Development, Marktforschung oder Mobilität sammeln.

* bringst sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit.

* hast einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel.

* verfolgst aktuelle Entwicklungen und Trends im Mobilitätssektor mit Interesse

* Im Rahmen dieser Tätigkeit machst du die ersten Schritte in einer spannenden Arbeitswelt.

* Das Entgelt für diese Werkstudententätigkeit (betriebswirtschaftliche Studierende, kein Pflichtpraktikum) beträgt € 3109,38 brutto/Monat. Dies gilt bei Vollzeitanstellung (=38,5h/Woche) und als volles Monatsgehalt
