In de rol van werkverantwoordelijke ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en correct uitvoeren van werkzaamheden aan gasleidingen. Je stelt werkplannen en communicatiebrieven op, beoordeelt mogelijke risico's en bepaalt welke beschermingsmiddelen noodzakelijk zijn. Je controleert of alles volgens de regels verloopt en grijpt in wanneer de veiligheid in het geding komt. Jouw nauwkeurige en oplettende houding speelt hierbij een belangrijke rol. Dagelijks heb je contact met monteurs, opdrachtgevers, werkvoorbereiders en collega's. Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering, voert inspecties op de werkplek uit en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen veilig te werk gaat. Daarnaast begeleid je het proces bij eventuele incidenten of ongevallen. Je weet precies wie welke bevoegdheden heeft en zorgt dat iedereen binnen zijn of haar grenzen blijft werken. Het werk begint pas als alles in orde is. Dankzij jouw technische kennis maak je de juiste inschattingen en behoud je het overzicht. Je volgt de richtlijnen van de netbeheerder en zorgt dat alles volgens afspraak verloopt. Verder behoren de volgende taken tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid: - Het beoordelen van monteurs op basis van hun certificaten en het toewijzen van taken; - Overleg voeren met netbeheerders over veiligheid, uitvoering en werkafspraken; - Signaleren van knelpunten in de voorbereiding en het voorkomen van risico's op locatie; - Bespreken van het VGM-beleid op locatie en het vergroten van het veiligheidsbewustzijn; - Actief meedenken over verbeteringen om de werkwijze veiliger en efficiënter te maken. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Minimaal een afgeronde technische MBO 4 opleiding, bij voorkeur in gastechniek - In het bezit van een WV certificaat VIAG, of bereid dit te behalen - Enkele jaren ervaring in een verg...
