Of het nu gaat om een uitdagende verbouwing of een compleet nieuwbouwtraject - jij zorgt voor de perfecte afwerking. Je werkt in een informele, collegiale sfeer waarin samenwerking, humor en persoonlijke aandacht centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als zelfstandig werkende werkvoorbereider zorg jij ervoor dat het bouwproces soepel verloopt. - Plannen en organiseren. Het opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning en voorbereiden van werkprocessen. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk, weet prioriteiten te stellen, kunt keuzes motiveren en durft beslissingen te nemen. - Inkoop en materialen. Bestellen van materialen en het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers. Je bent prijsbewust en weet materialen tijdig op de bouw te krijgen. - Technische uitwerking. Controleren en uitwerken van bouwtekeningen en berekeningen. Je hebt technisch inzicht, kunt goed situaties analyseren en weet praktisch uitvoerbare oplossingen aan te dragen. - Coördinatie en communicatie. Afstemming met uitvoerders, projectleiders en opdrachtgevers om een soepel projectverloop te garanderen. Je kunt goed samenwerken, je mening goed verwoorden en snapt de verschillende belangen in het project. Bouw samen met ons aan iets moois!
