Als planner bij Starboard Boats zorg je ervoor dat onze onvergetelijke rondvaarten vlekkeloos verlopen, van het toewijzen van de juiste bemanning tot het bevestigen van boekingen en het controleren van beschikbaarheid. In jouw functie combineer je structuur, vooruitziendheid en sociale vaardigheden. Je beheert roosters, de logistiek van de bemanning en de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, zodat onze kapiteins en hosts alles op orde hebben om uitzonderlijke ervaringen op het water te leveren. Je helpt ook nieuwe teamleden aan boord te komen en zorgt ervoor dat ze alle tools krijgen die ze nodig hebben om te slagen. Stuurboord Starboard Boats is opgericht in 2018 en is inmiddels een geliefde verschijning op de prachtige Amsterdamse grachten. We zijn gespecialiseerd in privé- en gedeelde cruises die de prachtige architectuur, rijke geschiedenis en levendige cultuur van de stad laten zien. Met onze vloot van goed onderhouden boten creëren we onvergetelijke ervaringen voor zowel toeristen als de lokale bevolking. Onze kapiteins en hosts vormen het hart van deze ervaringen en delen interessante feiten en verhalen over de bezienswaardigheden en verborgen juweeltjes van Amsterdam.
