Je kunt doorgroeien naar uitvoerder, projectleider, calculator of andere specialistische rollen. De meeste doorgroeistappen nemen 2-5 jaar, afhankelijk van je ervaring en de grootte van het bedrijf. Je salaris kan stijgen van €3.500 naar €6.000+ per maand naarmate je doorgroeit. Dit helpt je om een heldere carrièrestrategie te ontwikkelen en de juiste stappen te zetten. Welke doorgroeimogelijkheden heb je als werkvoorbereider? Als werkvoorbereider staan er verschillende carrièrepaden voor je open. Je kunt doorgroeien naar uitvoerder, projectleider, calculator, hoofdwerkvoorbereider of planningsspecialist . Ook specialistische rollen zoals BIM-coördinator, kwaliteitsmanager of veiligheidscoördinator behoren tot de mogelijkheden. De meest populaire doorgroeirichting is uitvoerder. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de daadwerkelijke uitvoering van projecten en leid je teams aan. Als projectleider krijg je meer verantwoordelijkheid over het gehele project, van planning tot oplevering. Calculator is een andere interessante optie. Je houdt je bezig met kostenberekeningen en offertes voor nieuwe projecten. Deze rol vraagt om sterke analytische vaardigheden en kennis van materiaalkosten en arbeidsuren. Voor wie graag in de planning blijft werken, is hoofdwerkvoorbereider een logische stap. Je coördineert dan meerdere projecten en begeleidt junior werkvoorbereiders. Ook specialistische rollen in BIM (Building Information Modeling) worden steeds belangrijker in de sector. Hoe lang duurt het voordat je kunt doorgroeien als werkvoorbereider?
